Overview
At Leopard Gecko Gifts, each item is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Because every product is custom printed, we encourage customers to double-check product sizing and details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include a proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because all items are printed on demand, we can only accept returns or replacements for defective, misprinted, or damaged products.
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-printed apparel, mugs, stickers, or accessories
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or sale items
For health and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns of:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
Restocking Fee
All approved returns that are not due to an error or defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This helps cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Please do not send any products directly back to the manufacturer (Printful) — returns must be approved and coordinated through us first.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- The item name and reason for return
- A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or misprinted
Once we review your request, we’ll provide return authorization and the correct return address.
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping any items — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a description and photo of the issue.
We’ll work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do not return defective items without prior approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for:
- Incorrect size or color selections (please use provided size charts)
- Buyer’s remorse or preference changes after printing
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days to post.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the return is processed, we’ll email your gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

This means your order is printed, packaged, and shipped after you place it—ensuring quality, reducing waste, and supporting more sustainable production.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
During peak holiday seasons or large promotional periods, fulfillment times may occasionally extend by a few extra days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times
Printful works with multiple shipping carriers worldwide. Actual delivery time depends on your location and local postal service conditions.
Below are the typical delivery estimates after fulfillment:

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and product type.
We currently do not offer free shipping on all items, though promotional free shipping may occasionally apply.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on which Printful fulfillment center processes them.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to Printful, we can resend it once the correct address is confirmed.
Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed package will not be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:
- Check the tracking link for recent updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier if available.
- If you’re still unable to locate your order after 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international), contact us at [email protected] so we can open an inquiry with Printful and assist you.
We’re happy to help resolve shipping issues, but please note that delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond our control.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Items returned to the sender (Printful) due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or unclaimed package can be resent once the correct address is provided.
Reshipment costs will be invoiced to the buyer.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not able to estimate or control these fees.
